2. COLLECTED DATA AND PURPOSE
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
When you register or respond to an advertisement, we ask you to provide us with some data that is necessary for using our service:
1. personal details (e.g. full name, country of residence, permit, telephone number), uploading your CV and details of your work experience, education and language skills
2. indication (optional) of your nationality, gender and home address
3. email address and password
4. job test, video recordings and pictures
We also automatically collect the following data through the services you use:
1. technical data: e.g., IP address, browser type, information about your computer, data about the current (approximate) location of the tool you are using;
In order to:
1. Correct performance of the requested service. In this sense, the data that you provide to us when creating the account will be processed for:
(i) Register for a job offer and give your details to the employer. You will find three types of offers:
o Job offers managed on JobArch.com. In this case you can be selected and your CV will be visible to the company looking for candidates.
(ii) Manage the requested service. We will send you miscellaneous communications, including reminders, job application confirmations, changes in your application status, notices when a company exports your resume from our database, technical notices, updates, security alerts, help desk messages, and others.
(iii) Allow companies to view your information and your resume. The data you have included in your CV may be visible to companies looking for candidates. If a company shows interest in your profile, they may contact you to see if you are interested in their job offer.
(iv) Arca24 sends you messages to inform you of improvements or news in our products and services, or to provide you with advice to help you improve your CV, how to prepare for an interview, how to search for jobs efficiently, and other similar content. Remember that you can always customise these mailings through the settings in the private menu of your candidate account. In section 6 (Rights) we explain how you can request not to receive these types of communications.
2. Purposes relating to analysis activities also for statistical purposes for the continuous improvement of the services offered.
3. Create your visible profile on the Internet. Possibility of sharing it through transmission of links.
6. Prevent abuse and fraud in the use of our services (e.g., fraudulent activity, Denial of Service attacks, sending spam, and others).
7. Transmission of data to public bodies and authorities, provided that it is required in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. If the user has given specific consent, marketing purposes and sending commercial information (also in bulk) relating to the products/activities/events/initiatives of the Data Owner.
3. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be stored electronically/informatically and for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in paragraph 2, in compliance with your privacy and current regulations. In any case, personal data will be deleted 36 months after the last login.
For direct marketing and profiling purposes we keep your data for a maximum period of time equal to that provided for by applicable legislation.
Personal data are collected, processed and stored in accordance with the indications of the reference legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by the GDPR (art. 32) for their processing by means of computerised, manual and automated tools and with logics strictly related to the purposes indicated in point 2 and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves, also taking into account their type.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data derives from:
The performance of a contract in relation to the purpose indicated in paragraph 2.1 above.
The consent of the user in relation to the purpose indicated in paragraphs 2.3 - 2.4 and 2.8 above.
The legitimate interest of Arca24 in relation to the purpose indicated in paragraph 2.2, 2.5 and 2.6 above.
The fulfilment of legal obligations applicable to Arca24 in relation to the purpose indicated in paragraph 2.7 above.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Your personal data will be communicated to third parties in case of registration for job offers managed through a company's database.
Your data may be accessed by suppliers/consultants who provide services to Arca24.
Arca24 has appointed each supplier/consultant who processes your data as an External Data Processor in order to ensure adequate protection.
Your personal data may also be transmitted to the competent authorities if there is a legal obligation to do so.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data and how can you exercise them?
You have the right to obtain confirmation of the fact that personal data concerning you is being processed within Arca24.
In addition, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, you may request the restriction of the processing of your data. In this case we will only retain it for the purposes of making claims or defending against them.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. Arca24 will stop processing the data, except for legitimate and compelling reasons, or to lodge any complaints or defend against them.
In addition, you may exercise your right to data portability, as well as withdraw your consents, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on your prior consent.
